Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 (FNAF 4) is the fourth installment in the popular Five Nights at Freddy’s series. Unlike the previous installments, this game takes place in a child's bedroom and animatronic creatures are now lurking in the shadows ready to attack you.
Your goal is to survive five nights in the dark room without being caught by the creepy robots.
The game takes place inside a child's bedroom, with a dim nightlight as the only source of light. You are the child, trying to survive against the creepy creatures lurking in the shadows.
The room you are in is equipped with two doors and a closet, which you can use for defense by closing them and using a flashlight to scare the monsters. Shine the light down the hallway or at specific points to prevent the animatronics from attacking you.
Listen carefully when there are no security cameras. Pay attention to sounds like footsteps, and breathing to know that monsters are approaching. Creaking floors near the door indicate that animatronics are nearby, use your flashlight to scare them away.
Note that closets are another entrance for animatronics. If you hear noises inside the closet, quickly open the closet to see if any creatures are hiding. You will need to check periodically to make sure no animatronics are hiding there.
The main goal is to survive until 6 am. Each night brings new challenges as the animatronics become more aggressive. When dawn comes, you will have survived the night and can proceed to the next night.
